For Melanie

You asked about Stromboli and Mac-n-cheese pizza... here they are!

Mac -n- Cheese Pizza

Cook one box of Macaroni and cheese as directed on box. Add 2 eggs and 1 tbs oil. Mix well then spread on 9x13 sprayed dish. Bake at 375 for 10 min. Remove from oven. Evenly cover with one bottle of spaghetti sauce. Top with pizza toppings of your choice (our favorite is Canadian Bacon and pineapple) and cheese. Return to oven. Bake 10 minutes more.

Stromboli (My Visiting teacher brought this to me when I had my baby. These are her directions)

"One loaf bread dough (I buy the bags of Western Family premade bread dough in the freezer section)
Cheeses: Grated Parmesan, Mozzarella, Provolone slices
What ever pizza type meats you want. I used sausage & pepperoni on the one I gave you
Deli Ham
Seasonings: Garlic Powder, Oregano, Parsley Flakes

Roll out the dough in a long strip. Layer the ingredients like you would Lasagna. Use as much or little cheese as you like. The more cheese the better. Just sprinkle the Parmesan cheese. I did two layers of each ingredient. After layered, wrap dough around the fillings and turn over on a greased cookie sheet. Brush top with egg white.

Bake @ 350 until golden brown. About 20 minutes."

What its about.

I love recipe blogs but a lot of the time I just need some ideas for meals. I decided a weeks worth of meal ideas works best for me and the way I menu plan so that's what I'm going to do. I will try to post a weeks worth of dinners for my own sake and maybe it will help some of you when you're trying to decide WHAT'S FOR DINNER. (If I get a recipe from another blog or website I will post a link. If you ever want a recipe just leave a comment and I will try to get it to you ASAP.)
